The property was in the middle of the city.

The location is excellent. All the main places are within walking distancee.g the Prado and even the Temple of Debod.

Rooftop bar cocktails at sunset were fantastic.

we had reserved 2 rooms for 5 people, when we arrived they only had 1 room and they fit us all in there. no extra charge for supplimentary beds.

the hotel was stylish with stunning views and a magnificent location in the area. the breakfast was delicious and very very good and the team was very friendly.

Extremely clean and centrally located hotel.

Our honeymoon was marred by a night of loud music from a private rooftop party. Despite the promise of a lovely stay, we found the bathroom design thoroughly non-functional and the lighting dismal. Opening the window was hindered by the blinds, and we ended up missing our car rental reservation due to a restless night. This experience dampened what was supposed to be a romantic getaway.

We had twin room on top floor with balcony so great view of the city. Hotel was right beside Metro stations but everything was in walking distance. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and Mcdonald's and KFC directly opposite Hotel. Breakfast was good, plenty of choices. Rooms cleaned and towels changed daily. Being on the top floor meant we did not hear traffic outside as Hotel is on the main street.

Bathroom had a bit of sewer smell so had to keep window open. Carpet could do with cleaning or get rid of it all together, don't walk in bare feet on it. Staff not very friendly or helpful but that did'nt bother us. Only 2 lifts and one only holds 3 people and the other 4 people so quiet busy at breakfast time so we walked down the 9 flights of stairs.

Good experience with a fantastic rooftop offering fine city views! Excellent staff and a very comfortable atmosphere. Breakfast had great options, but missed a few staples. The room was clean and well-designed, though bathroom layout wasn't ideal for privacy. If you value location and style, this place is worth it!

Beautiful room, spacious shower, with a rooftop pool offering fine views over the city skyline, and the 24-hour reception, made check-in and any inquiries easy.

Everything was good.

Spacious nice room, marble bathroom! and nice view. Staff was never disturbing with anything, only helpful.

Wi-Fi was not properly working with my netbook, although better with ipad.

Good price for 4 nights and good loction for sight seeing and shopping

It looked less attractive due to exterior renovation but that did not affect our comfort total of 7 spaces in 2 lifts is too few when there are 8 floors and stairs are less accessable. Rooms are quite dark - extra lighting would be an advantage
